What is the best way to restructure a mortgage?

Thursday, October 29th, 2009

I am helping my dad restructure 2 mortgages which are both 2-3 mo’s late. What is the best way to do this? He seems to think this is OK, however i am cautious. Does anyone know of a good site or co? Should we call a mortgage broker? Thanks for any advice.
