If a person gets disability checks, does the benefit amount go down based off of how much income they make? And if so, do student loans count as income?

Friday, August 14th, 2009Been investing for a bit now and just started my first intentional flip. I heard that their is a mandatory 90 day waiting period to sell to anybody using VA or FHA loans. Is this true? How do flippers get around this? Do conventionals have the same guidelines?
