is there any research that was done to show how the student who took loans to pay tuition did in their career? was there any relationships found? how does loan effect student in debt? and how long on average do they take to pay back. is there any relationships? Please let me know. thank you.

My brother wants to buy my house. I have a first mortgage for 77,000 and a 2nd for 25000. He wants to pay off 1st and do a land contract for 2nd. If he pays off first for me, is that considered income to me and thus subject to income tax?

I have utilized all my stafford subsidized and un-subsidized loans. I do not have the credit to get a private loan on my own, nor can i find a worthy co-signer. My mother has applied for an additional Stafford loan, but it is not looking like we will be able to get that. Is there anything i can do to recieve any more money to help pay off this semesters school as well as my cost of living expenses?
