Is there any way to get a mortgage loan with bad credit?

Hi there, I was wondering if there is any way at all to obtain a mortgage loan with bad credit, my home is sold and I am looking at a condo, I have half of the money for the condo but will need another half through a mortgage loan.
Is there any way possible to do this?

Form 1098 Question from my mortgage lender?

I received my Form 1098 from my mortgage lender. At the bottom it is says Total MIP 4.56. Is this same as PMI? Also can I claim it as a deduction as PMI?

Can a mortgage lender change the interest rate the day before the closing?

I applied for a loan that I was told was locked in at 6.95% and now the day before we were supposed to close, the lender is changing the rate to 7.88%.

Can anyone recommend a specific mortgage lender?

My fiance and I are first time home buyers who would like to permanently reside in Massachusetts.

Seems like so many people are getting screwed with their mortgages these days and I’m scared as hell to start looking.

Can anyone help that has done a lot of research recently and recommend a good mortgage lender?
