I want to go to Oxford University in England, but there is no way I could make a sufficient amount of money on minimum wage to pay for tuition.
Do Government loans pay for schools not in America, if I’m an American citizen?
Or do they only offer services to students looking to further their education in the states?

I am a junior attending a university in the United States but I am Canadian.
I’m planning on applying to med schools this coming fall to enter in 2011.
I am currently on an F1 visa.
My question is, how would I go about looking for med school loans for Canadian students in the US/international students in the US. Do I look for these loans before or after I’m done applying to med school? How does it work?
Any advice is greatly appreciated!

i went to webgrants and it showed a payment of over 3000 of the day before i graduated but my school was already payed for through loans
does this money go to the loans automatically or was it supposed to be given to me
