Wednesday, February 17th, 2010my mom is still paying for the land we’re on now and we want to build a house or buy a modular home and use the same land, however, no mortgage company will let us unless the land is deeded to us. a dealer mentioned an option called partial release but i don’t understand what that is or how to do it or if there is a difference between that and deeding. please help! thanks!
